PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Here you will find a listing of the courses you will get to take as an Urban Studies Minor. Each unique course will make you more familiar with the urban environment and help you gain the valuable skills you'll need to become a successful employee, graduate student, or Ph.D candidate. Students can complete our curriculum with as little as 19 Credits consisting of Urban Related Courses distributed as Follows:
Introductory Course (1 credits)
Urban Studies minors must complete a 1 credit course entitled Introduction to Urban Studies. This course will be offered on an annual basis and will provide students with an overview/introduction to the interdisciplinary field of Urban Studies. If you are interested in taking this course please contact Prof. Max Herman.
Core Courses (9 credits)
Choose three core courses, each from one of the four departments listed in the following set of course offerings from Sociology/Anthropology, Economics, Political Science, and History. These courses will be offered on a regular basis.

Electives (6 Credits)

Internship (3 Credits)
